Recovery is Worth It
Healing and recovery from an eating disorder/disordered eating is often a messy, lengthy, non-linear process that can feel suffocating to navigate through alone. But you don't have to do it alone. Having overcome over a decade of eating disorder, I understand how painful the experience is and I want you to know that you deserve to be free. Full recovery is possible if you are committed to achieving it. The journey may require (a lot of) strength, persistence and patience; but trust me it is so worth it!

Recovery is about accepting things to change -- big and small -- if they need do. Recovery cannot happen if change is resisted on any dimension at all. With this in mind, my coaching approach will not only focus on helping you to release the old, limiting beliefs that you hold regarding food, eating, exercise and body image, it will also lead you to accepting your body as it is, at its natural unsuppresed body weight.

Everyone is unique, and what works for one person in recovery doesn't always work for another. I believe in the power of self-initiated recovery and will respect how you would like the coaching sessions to direct. You will be the one who decides areas that you want to improve on and I will deliver the course according to your recovery needs.
